It has been so fun to see some progress on the house. I have been told that this is the exciting part and then everything slows down. It is hard to believe that this house will take another 5 months. Seems like it should be done in 1month... just slap up some drywall, paint it and lay down some carpet right? Just kidding, all you contractors out there!

While the framing crew is working so hard... we are too. We have been meeting with landscape designers to have a plan for the backyard for when the excavators want to do the final retaining walls, etc. We are meeting with the home designer as well to get her approval/ideas for the interior. We are also having to move to a different rental at the end of the month, so packing and the kid's summer activities are sprinkled throughout the day as well. This summer is flying by!
